Once ready, UK standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days and is free on orders over 45 pounds. UK next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 12pm. International delivery takes 5 to 10 working days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If your order is time-sensitive, drop us an email before ordering and we will do our best to prioritise it, and we will always confirm the realistic dispatch date so you can plan around it.

Because every piece is made to order in our London studio, personalised items (engraved, monogrammed or bespoke) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing fault. Non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send return instructions and a returns form. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

Store each piece separately in the pouch or box it arrived in so chains do not tangle and stones stay protected. For sterling silver, a gentle polish with a soft cloth after wear removes moisture and slows tarnishing. For solid gold, a warm soapy rinse and a dry with a lint-free cloth is all it needs. The easiest way is to measure a ring you already wear that fits well. Measure the inside diameter in millimetres and match it against a UK ring size chart. If you are ordering a gift and cannot borrow a ring, our free UK ring sizer is available on request. For rings worn on a bent finger, size up by half a size for comfort. Fingers swell in warm weather and shrink in the cold, so measure at the end of the day when hands are at their natural size. We use three metals across our collection. Nickel-free sterling silver, 925 recycled where possible, hallmarked in London. Solid gold in 9ct, 14ct and 18ct yellow, white or rose, which is the same metal all the way through and lasts a lifetime with normal care. And 18kt gold vermeil, a thick layer of solid gold bonded to sterling silver, which gives the look and feel of solid gold at a lower price point. Yes, and personalisation is what we do best. Names, initials, dates, coordinates, a favourite word, a handwritten message: most of our jewellery can be tailored to you. Every personalised piece is made to order in our London studio and takes 5 working days before it dispatches. During checkout you will see a personalisation field for the piece you have chosen. Take your time and check spelling carefully as personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. Yes. We hand-engrave in our London studio and can add names, initials, dates, coordinates or short phrases to most of our pieces. Each product page shows whether engraving is available and how many characters fit comfortably. Choose your font at checkout and enter the exact text you want, paying close attention to spelling and capitalisation as engraved items cannot be returned. Engraving typically adds no extra time: your piece is still made to order and ready to dispatch in 5 working days. For bespoke engraving that is not offered on the product page, email us with what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible and the cost.

Gold vermeil is a thick layer of solid gold, typically 2.5 microns or more, bonded to a sterling silver base. It has the look and feel of solid gold and, with normal care, lasts for years. It is also hypoallergenic because the base metal is sterling silver, not brass. Gold plated is a much thinner layer of gold, often just 0.5 microns, on a base metal like brass. It wears off far more quickly and can trigger reactions in sensitive skin. We use gold vermeil, not gold plated brass, across our collection because it holds up and it is kinder to skin. If longevity is your priority and budget allows, solid gold is the ultimate. Vermeil is the sensible next step.

You can add a handwritten card message at checkout and choose to have it sent directly to the recipient without prices on the invoice. For an extra-special touch, add luxury gift wrap at checkout for a small charge. Sterling silver and solid gold pieces are shower and sweat resistant and won't tarnish with everyday wear. Gold vermeil will last longer if you keep it dry, though our 3-micron plating is built for daily use.
