How long does production take?
All Anna Lou of London personalised jewellery is handmade to order in our London workshop. Standard production takes up to 10 working days. If you need your custom name necklace sooner, you can select our express production option at checkout, which reduces production time to just 5 working days.
Will the necklace tarnish or fade?
Our personalised name necklaces are crafted using high-quality materials designed for durability and long-lasting shine. As with all fine jewellery, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to help prevent tarnishing and maintain the finish of your Anna Lou of London piece over time. How do I enter my custom name or word?
To personalise your necklace, simply enter your chosen name or word into the Personalisation box, along with Chain Style and Length on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Each Anna Lou of London custom necklace is then carefully handmade to your exact specifications.
How do I know what chain length to get?
When selecting your chain we have recommended the length for the best fit and look. You can also view our necklace sizing chart to see how different lengths sit and choose the perfect chain for your personalised name necklace.
