How is my bracelet sized?
Standard bracelets fit a 7-inch wrist with an extender chain. If you need a longer or shorter size, email us at hello@annalouoflondon.com before ordering and we'll adjust it in the workshop.
Can bracelets be personalised?
Yes - most bracelets can be engraved with a name, initial, or short word. Look for the personalisation option on each product page, or email us for bespoke requests.
What metals are available?
925 Sterling silver, 18kt gold vermeil on Sterling silver, or solid 14kt gold. Solid gold is our recommendation for heirloom pieces you want to pass down.
Are bracelets shower-safe?
Sterling silver and solid gold pieces can be worn in the shower and won't tarnish. Gold vermeil will last longer with proper care - we recommend removing it before swimming.
How long is production and delivery?
Handmade to order in 7 working days, then dispatched by tracked UK delivery (free over £45). Express 5-day production is available at checkout.
Do you offer charm bracelets?

How Long Does Delivery Take?
At Anna Lou of London, we aim to get your jewellery order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, while also reducing unnecessary shipping impact through our pre-order model. For in-stock jewellery pieces, please allow 1–3 days for order processing before your item is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 days of placing your order, we recommend checking whether your order includes any pre-order or made-to-order jewellery items. Estimated shipping dates for these pieces are shown on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Where an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until all items are available before dispatching the full order, helping to reduce environmental impact and unnecessary shipments. In some cases, external factors may cause delays to your jewellery delivery. If this happens, we will always notify you via email with an updated shipping timeline and order status. This approach ensures a more sustainable fulfilment process while maintaining a smooth and transparent online jewellery delivery experience.

We ship internationally!🌍 For customers in Mexico and Brazil, we also support credit card instalment payments, making it easier to spread the cost of your jewellery purchase.
Can I Return My Order?
