All our necklaces come in 925 Sterling silver, 18kt gold vermeil on Sterling silver (3-micron plating for durability), or solid 14kt gold. The solid gold options are heirloom quality and will last a lifetime.

We typically make each necklace within 7 working days, then dispatch by tracked UK delivery (free over £45). Express 5-day production is available at checkout if you need it sooner. International shipping is available.

Sterling silver and solid gold pieces are shower and sweat resistant and won't tarnish with everyday wear. Gold vermeil will last longer if you keep it dry, though our 3-micron plating is built for daily use.

Standard chain length is 16-18 inches with a 2-inch extender. If you need a longer or shorter chain, email us at hello@annalouoflondon.com and we'll adjust it in the workshop before dispatch at no extra charge.

Every piece is presented in an Anna Lou of London gift box as standard. If you'd like a handwritten note or extra gift wrapping, add it at checkout or drop us a message before you order.

Non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Personalised or made-to-order necklaces (anything with a name, initial, or custom detail) are non-refundable, but we'll always work with you if something isn't right - message us straight away.

For in-stock jewellery pieces, please allow 1–3 days for order processing before your item is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 days of placing your order, we recommend checking whether your order includes any pre-order or made-to-order jewellery items. Estimated shipping dates for these pieces are shown on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Where an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until all items are available before dispatching the full order, helping to reduce environmental impact and unnecessary shipments. In some cases, external factors may cause delays to your jewellery delivery. If this happens, we will always notify you via email with an updated shipping timeline and order status. This approach ensures a more sustainable fulfilment process while maintaining a smooth and transparent online jewellery delivery experience.

Yes, you can return your jewellery order if it meets our returns eligibility criteria. At Anna Lou of London, we ask that you initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
