Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Our Sterling silver and solid gold earrings are hypoallergenic and suitable for most sensitive ears. Gold vermeil pieces are also low-irritation thanks to the Sterling silver base.
What sizes do the hoops come in?
Sizes vary by style - dimensions are listed on each product page. If you need custom sizing, email hello@annalouoflondon.com and we'll adjust in the workshop.
Do you sell singles?
Most earrings are sold as pairs. If you've lost one or want a single, message us and we can arrange it.
Can I wear these in the shower?
Sterling silver and solid gold pairs are shower-safe. Gold vermeil will last longer if kept dry.
How long does delivery take?
7 working days to make, then tracked UK delivery (free over £45). Express 5-day production available at checkout.
Can earrings be personalised?
Yes - many of our earrings can be engraved or made in your choice of metal. Check the product page or email us for bespoke requests.
Do You Ship To My Country?
We ship internationally!🌍 For customers in Mexico and Brazil, we also support credit card instalment payments, making it easier to spread the cost of your jewellery purchase.
Will I Need To Pay Customs Or Duties?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply to your jewellery order depending on your destination country. At Anna Lou of London, we do not have control over customs fees, import charges, or local taxes, as these are set by the relevant authorities in each country. As a result, all customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the parcel. The exact amount can vary depending on your location and the value or type of jewellery items ordered.
