Sustainable manufacturing is the heart and soul of Anna Lou of London, all of the jewellery collections are designed by Anna in the studio on Taggs Island and we manufacture the jewellery in both Hatton Garden, London, as well as in the studio on Taggs Island and work closely with a family of artisans in Istanbul and ensure we offer the most transparent production possible.We are committed to treating people, communities and the environment as they should be treated: respectfully, sustainably and ethically. We use certified fair mined silver and solid gold.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
At Anna Lou of London, we aim to get your jewellery order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, while also reducing unnecessary shipping impact through our pre-order model. For in-stock jewellery pieces, please allow 1–3 days for order processing before your item is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 days of placing your order, we recommend checking whether your order includes any pre-order or made-to-order jewellery items. Estimated shipping dates for these pieces are shown on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Where an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until all items are available before dispatching the full order, helping to reduce environmental impact and unnecessary shipments. In some cases, external factors may cause delays to your jewellery delivery. If this happens, we will always notify you via email with an updated shipping timeline and order status. This approach ensures a more sustainable fulfilment process while maintaining a smooth and transparent online jewellery delivery experience.

We ship internationally!🌍 For customers in Mexico and Brazil, we also support credit card instalment payments, making it easier to spread the cost of your jewellery purchase.
